2017 Class 3A Iowa High School Girls Basketball State Tournament
Here are the 2017 Iowa High School Girls State Basketball Tournament Class 3A pairings and results.
Class 3A quarterfinal games will be played on Tuesday, Feb. 28. The winners advance to the state semifinals on Thursday, March 2. The 3A championship game is scheduled for Saturday, March 5 at 4:00 p.m.
Teams that qualified for the 2017 state tournament: Center Point-Urbana, Cherokee, Clear Lake, Crestwood, Davenport Assumption, Prairie City-Monroe (PCM), Pocahontas Area and Sioux Center.
Pocahontas Area is the defending champion and is led by Missouri State signee Elle Ruffridge, Iowa's all-time scoring leader. Center Point-Urbana, Cherokee and Sioux Center are the other returning qualifiers in the field.
