Moving into a new home in the middle of winter might not sound ideal, but properties in Iowa are selling at a near-record pace at the moment.
According to Iowa Realtors' October 2020 Housing Stats, home sales last autumn sold at a 17.9% increase from last year.
The site added that showing activity was higher than the same period a year ago across the entire United States, meaning that consumers are still looking into buying homes even though this is typically the slowest time of year.
