Florida Man Whacks Mechanic with Golf Club (10.4.19)

A 56-year-old Florida man was charged with felony battery after he hit his mechanic over the head with a golf club because he was taking too long with his repairs.

The mechanic told him that he could fix the truck himself and began packing up his tools.

Police said that the mechanic began walking away, “when he felt a heavy impact and hot pain at the base of his head.”

He turned to see a broken golf club in the hands of his attacker, who then fled the area. I’m presuming he left on foot….as the mechanic was still working on his truck.

The guy needed a few stitches, but other than that, he should be fine.
