Sarcastic Meteorologist Shows How to Remove Snow From Vehicle (Video)

Meteorologist Derek Kevra of Fox 2 News in Detroit appears to be fed up with meeting cars on the roads that are covered in snow.

He posted the video on his YouTube page along with a two sentence description:

It must be a hard concept because I see people driving around with snow covering every window. So, I'll give you some tips.

According to Iowa Code 321.438:

A person shall not drive a motor vehicle equipped with a windshield, sidewings, or side or rear windows which do not permit clear vision.

The fine for violating this section of the Iowa Code is $127.50!
