UPDATE: Waterloo police confirm that Angelina Kobaia is back with her family and is safe.

Waterloo police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing juvenile.
Angelina Kobaia, 12, is described as an Asian Pacific female. She stands 4-feet, 10-inches, weighs about 120 pounds, has longer length black hair and brown eyes.
According to police, Kobaia was wearing a brown jacket and black pants when she was last seen near Oregon and Bertch streets around 3:15 PM on Wednesday (May 23, 2018).
