Man Dressed Up Like a Pile of Garbage, Scares Those Who Litter

I present to you :“Junkman”, a guy dressed up as a pile of trash and who hides in different places around a city in the Ukraine. Whenever people would discard their own garbage onto "Junkman," , Junkman springs up and give chase. The idea is that this will scare litterers enough to convince them to properly dispose of their garbage.
