Florida Man Facing Charges For Driving Naked, Flashing Workers In Toll Booths
A Florida Man is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly exposing himself to a series of toll collectors working on a Florida expressway.
Officers say 41-year-old Mark Fillyaw was arrested and charged after a one-week spree of nudity that started August 31st and made victims of employees working at three toll plazas in Osceola County.
According to the report, Fillyaw exposed himself seven times while passing through the cash only lanes of the toll plazas.
In talks with the Florida Highway Patrol investigators handling the case, the highway toll collectors alleged that Fillyaw “showing his privates” and “touching his penis, masturbating.”
Fillyaw was able to be identified by the employees "through a photo comparison and his identity matched exactly."
Officers arrested the guy at his residence in Saint Cloud, Florida and booked him into the county jail for six felony charges of sexual organs counts and one misdemeanor exposure charge.
