2020 Class 2A Iowa High School Girls State Basketball Tournament

Here are the 2020 Iowa High School Girls State Basketball Tournament Class 2A pairings and results.

Class 2A quarterfinal games will be played on Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4. The winners advance to the state semifinals on Friday, March 6. The 2A championship game is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 at 5 PM.

The eight-team field includes returning qualifiers North Linn and Cascade, which won the 2018 state title. Other teams in the 2020 2A field are: Denver, Logan-Magnolia, Osage, West Branch, West Hancock of Britt and Western Christian of Hull.

Denver is making its seventh state tournament appearance, but first since 2009. The Cyclones are seeking their first title. They played for the championship in 1999, the only time in the five-player era Denver advanced beyond the first round.
