It's time for the 2017 Iowa High School Football Playoffs. A total of 96 teams qualified for post-season play, each with a goal of making it to the UNI-Dome for the championships in mid-November. Six champions will be crowned.

The playoff field was announced by the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) early Saturday morning (Oct. 21, 2017). First-round playoff games will be played on Friday, Oct. 27, all starting at 7 p.m.The quarterfinal round is slated for Friday, Nov. 3rd.

All semifinal and championship games will be played at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. The semifinals are scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 9 through Saturday, Nov. 11. The title games will be played on Thursday, Nov. 16 and Friday, Nov. 17.
