Authorities Looking For Flasher In Grundy County

Grundy County sheriff's officials are investigating a report of a flasher in the city of Dike Friday morning (July 15, 2016).

According to authorities, a female was jogging on a trail underneath the U.S. Highway 20 overpass when a man standing on the trail exposed himself to the female. The incident happened around 7 a.m.

The man is described as a white male, in his 30s, with a thin build and short brown hair.
