Today we learned that a tube of beef is called a chub... Who knew!?

On November 9th, an Ohio woman admitted to hitting another woman in the face with a 10-pound log of ground beef at Walmart.

A heated confrontation occurred in the potato chip aisle in Suburban Cleveland.

The attacker was identified as 27-year-old Maneka Garner. She was at a Walmart with her 5-year-old son when she encountered someone she knew, 37-year-old Precious Jackson, and her 7-year-old daughter.

Previously, Jackson had lived downstairs from Garner in a University Heights duplex. Jackson obtained a secured protection order against her ex-neighbor after Garner attacked her.

After the first attack, Garner was charged with assault, received a 30-day suspended jail sentence, and was placed on probation for a year. She was also ordered to pay $155 in fines and court fees.

When Garner saw her ex-neighbor Jackson in the potato chip aisle at Walmart she confronted her and threatened to beat up Jackson and her daughter.

Garner then allegedly pulled down Jackson's face mask and attempted to spit on her. Her spit missed, so plan B was to grab the $22 meat log out of Jackson's cart and take a swing.

Jackson was struck “a couple of times in the face with a ten-pound log of prepackaged ground beef.”

Cops described the tube of ground beef as a “blunt object” in an arrest report.

Garner was arrested at the scene and a relative subsequently took custody of her son.

Jackson was not injured by the meat blows.
