WINTER STORM WARNING for Southern Iowa – Could get MORE THAN A FOOT of Snow

On Easter Sunday, the northern part of Iowa was hit with 11" of snow in Emmet County. Now, it's the south's turn for winter weather.

The National Weather Service in Des Moines is predicting UP TO 15" of snow Thursday Night into Friday morning in extreme southern Iowa. Lamoni could get 7-14". Ottumwa could see up to 9". Chicago might get hit with 6".

Ouch.
