WHAT THE FLORIDA (10.2.19)

Police arrested a 32-year-old Florida woman after she was caught drinking a can of White Claw while driving on a state highway.

A witness called 911 to report a driver drinking the seltzer while swerving all over the road.

Police noted in the arrest report that the woman’s hair was such a mess that it looked like a nest, her skirt was sideways, and her shoes were off.

The deputy said she refused the breathalyzer test telling the deputy, "If I do the breath test it is an automatic DUI.”

However, she did admit to drinking while driving, saying, "I had a drink at noon and two while driving home -- well, in the car.”

She also told the officer that White Claws are only 5% alcohol.

She was arrested and charged with DUI.
