Waterloo Police Discover Two Weapons During Search
Authorities recovered two weapons while arresting a Waterloo man on an outstanding warrant.
Police took 23-year-old Jasmin Grcic into custody on multiple charges Wednesday. According to a press release, officers with Waterloo’s Violent Crime Apprehension Team discovered a shotgun and stolen handgun while executing a search warrant.
Officials charged Grcic with the following crimes:
- Unauthorized possession of an offensive weapon
- Trafficking stolen weapons
- Fourth-degree theft
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Grcic was booked into the Black Hawk County Jail. His bond was set at $23,000.
