Waterloo Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

Oelwein Police have arrested a Waterloo man on an outstanding warrant concerning illegal drugs.

Just before 1am today (Friday, March 17), 27 year old Timothy Chisum of Waterloo was taken into custody during a traffic stop in the 10 block of 6th Avenue SW in Oelwein.

Chisum was wanted on a Black Hawk County warrant for a Controlled Substance Violation, and Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp. Chisum was also charged with Driving While his License is Suspended.
