Waterloo had the 3rd warmest September on record. An average of 69.5*.
Half of the days in September featured high temps in the 80s. The warmest day was Monday, September 30th, when it peaked at 91* in Waterloo.
Only two days had high temps below 70*. (9/29 it was 66* and 9/8 it was 67*)
By comparison, September of 2018 had only seven days reaching highs in the 80s, with two days in the third week of the month reaching at least 90*.
