Shirtless Florida Man in Camouflage Shorts & Cowboy Boots Gets Arrested (video)

Florida Deputies responded to a home late Saturday night to a noise complaint.

They found 51-year-old Ricky Lee Miller listening to music while drinking moonshine.

After initially agreeing to turn down his music, he became upset, asking the officer, ‘Who called the police on me?”

Deputies continued to try to reason with him, but to no avail. That’s when he grabbed a loaded gun and threatened to shoot at the deputies. He was then Tased.

As he was being cuffed, he asked that the officers 'protect his cowboy hat.'
