Sheriff Wants to Know “Who Owns These Loose Cows?”

Fayette County sheriff's officials are asking for the public's help in locating the owner of some loose livestock.

Two black cows are wandering around the Twin Bridges area, along County Road W-25, southwest of Fayette.

According to authorities, the sheriff's officials have exhausted efforts to find the rightful owners.

If anyone has information on the owner of the cows, they should contact the Fayette County Sheriff's Office at 563-422-6067.
