If you are like me and were looking forward to going to the Iowa Irish Fest this weekend since last year and then COVID-19 happened and now it has been cancelled, you are probably real depressed and wondering what to do this weekend. No worries, there is an alternative to celebrating Irish Fest!

Okay so this obviously won't be at all the same as going to Irish Fest in downtown Waterloo but you can still get your Irish on with the "Virtual" Irish Fest happening this weekend!

The "Virtual" Irish Fest, as you can see above from their Facebook page will include reminiscing about the good old days when we could all actually get together and celebrate amazing bands from 2019. It will also include what we all thought we would miss out on and that is performances from bands that were supposed to be here in 2020 and even some teasers from ones for 2021 and even special messages like one fro Sunday mass. You can partake in this "virtual" Irish Fest at iowairishfest.com all weekend long.

So grab some beer, put on some green and enjoy your "Irish" weekend.
