An Independence couple has been arrested for allegedly keeping a marijuana growing operation in their home, which is also occupied by their two children.

David Stick and his wife, Carrie Stick, were arrested on multiple charges on Friday (Dec. 7, 2018). Independence Police were called to their home at 813 6th Street NE, on a tip of suspected drug activity, in the presence of two minor children.
