Have You Tried the Top Food Truck in Iowa?
When it comes to food trucks, we've got some great ones here in Eastern Iowa!
Is it just me, or have food trucks seemed to really grow in popularity these past few years? I feel like I see them all over the Cedar Rapids area now, but hey, I'm definitely not complaining! I love trying out new ones whenever I spot them at an event.
According to a new article from Love Food, there's a good chance you've seen the top food truck in the state of Iowa here in the Corridor. Their staff has chosen Island Vybz Mobile Rasta-rant as the winner for our state. The post reads:
"The highly-regarded menu features plenty of choice, from sandwiches and burgers to quesadillas and wraps. Opt for the customer favorite jerk pork panini or their specialty meal – jerk chicken or pork with rice and beans, plantains and steamed cabbage."
Island Vybz is based out of Iowa City, and the truck is hard to miss. It's brightly painted with a tie-dye design, a Jamaican flag, and some other colorful artwork.
The reviews on Yelp for Island Vybz are pretty darn good! It has 26 of them, which has resulted in a five star rating. Here are what people had to say:
