Farm in Iowa Feeds ‘Coffee Creamer’ to Cows to Make Sweeter Milk

A dairy farm in Donahue has found that their cows' milk tastes sweeter if they feed the cows coffee creamer. The cows are being fed half a pound of powdered coffee creamer a day mixed with hay, which adds up to four pounds of milk per cow daily.

Cinnamon Ridge Farms used to feed the cows chocolate cake mix, but found more benefits from the coffee creamer because of the higher sugar levels.
