“Cinema On The Cedar” Moving To Lost Island For 2020
There's not a lot of choices this summer for fun things to do with your family considering all of the cancellations due to Covid-19. But for some "old school" family summer fun you can load the kids in the car and Head To An Iowa Drive-In Movie Theater or just stay close to home with these fun events coming up.
The Waterloo Center For The Arts is teaming up with Lost Island Water Park for three exciting evenings of classic movies. The “Cinema On The Cedar” movie series, normally located at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre, will be transformed into “The Lost Drive-In” which will now be presented at Lost Island Water Park in Waterloo.
Don't worry, social distancing practices will be in place. This free event will have a limit of 225 vehicles per night and reservations are required. Tip o' the day: tickets are expected to go very fast, so get on-line right away on Monday morning.

Saturday, August 8th - Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl (2003) Reservations will be taken starting at 10am on Monday, August 3rd.
Saturday, August 29th - The Lion King (2019) Reservations will be taken starting at 10am on Monday, August 24th.
Don't forget popcorn, snacks, chairs and blankets and hope for good weather!
