No. It's not. It's probably closer to being the worst. Regardless, it's hilarious (and confusing) as hell.

Set up: Magnum gets attacked by a Macaw, then Higgins 'Speaks' to the Macaw in 'Bird Language' making fly into the blades of a helicopter. Huh?

Just think -- someone approved this scene.
