Authorities Looking For Missing NE Iowa Woman

Chickasaw County sheriff's officials are asking for the public's help in locating a missing Fredericksburg woman.

Authorities are searching for Sheila Ludwig, 67, who hasn't been seen since Friday evening (March 17, 2017). She is diabetic and is insulin dependent, officials said.

UPDATE: Body Of Missing Northeast Iowa Woman Found

Ludwig is described as 5-foot, five-inches tall, about 180 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing dark grey sweatpants, a purple crew-neck sweatshirt and winter boots.

Authorities are asking anyone with information concerning Ludwig's whereabout to contact the Chickasaw County Sheriff's Office at 641-394-3121.
