Area Residents Arrested on Drug, Outstanding Warrants

A local man has been arrested on drug-related charges.

Just before 8pm Thursday (July 20), Oelwein Police took 30 year old Graham Otto of Oelwein into custody, after an incident in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW. He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

An Oelwein resident has been taken into custody on 2 warrants from Bremer County. At around 9:30pm Wednesday, Oelwein police arrested 45 year old Rexanna Christopher on warrants for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for Driving While her License is Barred.
