“Most Wanted” Suspect Jailed In Waterloo

One of Black Hawk County's most wanted criminals, charged with multiple counts of theft and fraud, has been taken into custody.

According to Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, Erika Cousins has been arrested and is being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.

Cousins, 27, had warrants for six counts of credit card fraud, third-degree theft, and failure to appear in court to answer to a charge of aggravated theft.

Cousins had been on the "Most Wanted" list of the Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
