We're just a month and a half away from the largest basketball tournament in country. Luckily, for all of us Hawkeye fans we've got a spot in the tourney (knock on wood). ESPN just released its most recent Bracketology mock bracket, and the game has never felt more alive.

In this most recent bracket, Iowa squares off with Yale. Iowa claims a 5 seed in the WEST division, which means Yale has the 12 seed. The Bulldogs are no slouch though. They currently sit at a 14-4 record, good enough for 1st in the Ivy league division. They're lead by Paul Atkinson the 6'10" Junior Forward. Atkinson is a Jayson Tatum esk player, averaging 17 points per game and 7 rebounds. He's also incredibly efficient shooting 63% from the field.

Iowa beats Yale handedly on offense averaging almost 5 more points per game and 1.6 more assists, but Yale is excellent on D, ranking 36th in the Nation in points allowed to Iowa's 213th. Obviously a lot will change in the upcoming month, but this is where we stand now. Go Hawks!!! Check out the full bracket here.
