WATCH: Giant Lizard Terrorizes 7-Eleven, Climbs Shelves

A 7-Eleven is picking up pieces after being attacked by a giant lizard, which was all caught on video.

The original tweeted video from Bangkok ran up nearly a million views before it was deleted and later reposted to Facebook.

I mean, an 8-foot-long lizard walking into a crowded store, climbing shelves, and knocking over product isn't exactly the most welcoming thing to see, so the people screaming in the store are justified in my book.

“The shelves are ruined! Oh my God,” one person shouted about the lizard.

Asian water monitors aren't poisonous, but do have a habit of being bitey, and at 8-feet-long are the second largest lizard after the Komodo dragon.

Water monitors typically eat about anything from eggs to small mammals and birds.

The clip ends with the monitor climbing up a shelf towards the ceiling, and sitting on its new perch as product fell from the shelf.

Nobody knows what brought the lizard into the store, but its speculated that it was trying to escape the extremely humid outdoor temperatures.
