While we will be dealing with temps dropping into the 40s for highs later this week along with some cold rain, Rapid City, SD, currently has highs near 80* and by Thursday the highs might not make it past 30*. OUCH.

Oh...and they might get a foot snow, too:

"A Winter Storm Watch is in effect from Wednesday evening through Friday morning for much of the area. The heaviest snow is likely to fall Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Significant accumulation is possible with some areas potentially receiving 6" or more. It will also be windy with gusts up into the 40-50 mph range at times."

Pierre, SD, currently has a high of 79* and the forecasted high for Thursday is 36* and 10" of snow.
