There’s a website dedicated to a bridge in Durham, North Carolina, because it eats trucks. The bridge was 11'8” tall --- with warnings signs and lights all over the intersection --- but last week, the bridge wrecked its 154th box truck.

It’s been dubbed “The Can Opener.”

Finally, after all of these crashes, the city raised the bridge from 11’8” to 12’4” last October and it’s still eaten four trucks since the change in height.

This website dedicates itself to posting all the crashes in High Def on its website and it’s glorious. Some trucks just zip on through and the tops just get shredded. Others ease their way under the bridge, only to become stuck.
