Which sport is gambled on the most in the state of Iowa and does it match the rest of the country?

This past January, Iowa sports betters set another high mark, betting over $300 million on games. Of course, this number was helped by having extra NFL games, now that they've made season 17 games. The extra chances to win money, betting on your favorite sport boosted the total to $303 million, from which $276 million were online bets.

In a statement from the Racing and Gaming Administrator, Brian Ohorilko, that while sports betting is legal in the state of Iowa, it is limited to people who are 21 and up.
