Voters in the Lake Delhi district have elected two people to serve as trustees for the next 3 years.

In the special election held yesterday (Tuesday), residents had a choice of 2 candidates to fill 2 seats on the Lake Delhi board, plus four people were written in.

The winners were the candidates on the ballot: Larry Burger, with 54 votes, and Doug Herman with 60 votes.

Those who were write-in candidates were:

Jim Loecke with 2 votes, along with Bob Phillips, John Stoklasa, and Craig Witry, all with 1 vote each.
