School Announcements – Wednesday, March 13, 2019

Several northeast Iowa school districts are altering their scheduled bus routes again today.

Road conditions in some areas remain very poor because of rain and melting snow. Many gravel surfaces are too soft for the buses to travel on safely.

Below is the list of school announcements for Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

AGWSR: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Aplington-Parkersburg: Buses running only where possible through Friday

BCLUW: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Decorah: School starts at 10 AM; Buses running where possible; No morning professional development

Dike-New Hartford: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Dunkerton: Buses on hard surface routes only

East Buchanan: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice (morning and afternoon)

Gladbrook-Reinbeck: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Grundy Center: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Howard-Winneshiek: NOW CLOSED

Hudson: Buses on hard surface routes only

Jesup (inc. St. Athanasius): Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Nashua-Plainfield: Buses on hard surface routes on through Friday

North Butler: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

North Tama: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

North Winneshiek: School starts at 10 AM; Buses running where possible; No morning professional development

Northeast Iowa Community College - Cresco Center: NOW CLOSED

Oelwein (including Sacred Heart): Buses on hard surface routes only through Friday

Starmont: Buses running where possible

Tripoli: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice.

Union Community: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Vinton-Shellsburg: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

West Delaware (including St. Mary's): Buses on hard surface routes only
