School Announcements – Thursday, March 14, 2019

Several northeast Iowa school districts are altering their scheduled bus routes again today and dense fog is causing a few delays.

Road conditions in some areas are very poor because of melting snow. Many gravel surfaces are too soft for the buses to travel on safely.

Below is the list of school announcements for Thursday, March 14, 2019.

Allamakee: Delayed 2 hours

Center Point-Urbana: Buses on hard surface routes on Thursday and Friday

Decorah: Delayed 2 hours; Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

Eastern Allamakee: Delayed 2 hours

Howard-Winneshiek: NOW CLOSED

Independence (including St. John's): Alternate (Emergency) Bus Routes Thursday and Friday

Jesup (including St. Athanasius): Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice

North Winneshiek: Delayed 2 hours

South Winneshiek: Delayed 2 hours

Sumner-Fredericksburg: No morning practices; Buses running where possible

Tripoli: Buses on hard surface routes only until further notice
