Sam Adams Released A Beer So Strong It’s Illegal In 15 States

Sam Adams has released a beer so strong that it’s illegal in 30% of America. It’s called ‘Utopias’ and it’s an annual release from the Brewer from Boston.

If you wanna grab some of this 28% ABV beer, it’s not cheap. A single 25.4oz bottle is going for $210 IF you can find it in the store.

Due to the 28% ABV, the beer is illegal in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia.
