A participant in a weekend motorcycle rally in Northeast Iowa, faces drug and other charges after being recognized by law enforcement as not being authorized to drive.
On Saturday (June 18) during a motorcycle rally staged in Elgin, a Fayette County Deputy spotted a rider who had a revoked driver's license.

20 year old Quintin Recker of Strawberry Point was stopped by officers, and resisted arrest.

He was later found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Recker was then charged with driving while revoked, interference with official acts, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released after posting bond the next day.
