Police: Father Uses 30-Pack of Beer as Booster-Seat (photo)

A man in Canada has been ticketed for using beer as a booster seat for a two-year-old.

Officers stopped a car at about 2:30 a.m. and noticed a  two-year-old child perched on a 30-can case of beer. The 22-year-old driver was charged with failing to ensure the toddler was properly secured.
