New Super Named for NE Iowa School District

The Oelwein Community School District now has a new superintendent.

The Oelwein Board of Education met in special session Saturday morning (March 18, 2017), to make a selection between four finalists.

A contract was then offered to Josh Ehn, the current Oelwein High School principal. Ehn then accepted the position of Oelwein School superintendent, beginning July 1st.

Ehn will take over for Dan Diercks, who submitted his resignation late last year. Diercks' final day was set for June 30th.
