My dad was a huge fan of beer. He loved trying different brands and flavors all the time. Another thing he enjoyed doing was visiting breweries. Whenever we were on vacation, if there was a tour available, our family was on it. I had the coolest collection of beer shirts for any kid in grade school. It was a different time back then.

The National Brewery Museum™ is a joint venture between the Potosi Foundation and the American Breweriana Association who have teamed up to create a world class national brewery museum showcasing an eclectic collection of beer bottles and cans, glasses, trays, coasters, advertising materials and various other breweriana collectibles.
If there had been a beer museum in Wisconsin back in those days, I guarantee we would've made a road trip to visit. The National Brewery Museum was started by the Potosi Foundation and the American Breweriana Association. It's located in the former Potosi Brewing Company building in the town of Potosi.
