Have you ever been to the Hancher Auditorium located at the University of Iowa? If you've never been to a show or concert, the venue itself is worth the price of admission. Hancher Auditorium is located at the University of Iowa, at 141 Park Rd, and is used as a performing arts center. Check out how gorgeous this building is!

According to Hancher UIowa, the Auditorium seats 1,800 and was designed to create a bit of intimacy between the performer/s and those in the crowd. The stage is known as Hadley Stage, the acoustics in the auditorium are adjustable, and the atmosphere will "ensure an unforgettable experience."

Hancher Auditorium was named after Virgil Hancher, who was the Thirteenth president of the University of Iowa from 1940-1964.
