Guinness World Record – Most Punches in 60 Seconds (VIDEO)
25-year-old Pavel Trusov from Bratislava punched his way into the record books by breaking the record for the most full extension punches in one minute.
According to Guinness World Records, he trained for six months specifically for this record.
He broke the record with 322 full extension punches in just 60 seconds.
