2019-20 Iowa High School Girls Basketball Rankings

Here is this week's Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU) basketball poll.

The fourth rankings of the season feature 10 teams from the Cedar Valley and northeast Iowa.

The highest-rated area team is Center Point-Urbana (5-0), which is No. 3 in Class 4A following a second-place finish in Class 3A at the state tournament last season. Ranked behind the Stormin' Pointers is Waverly-Shell Rock (5-2) at No. 13.

Other area squads in the survey are Clarksville, East Buchanan (Class 1A), MFL-Mar-Mac and Hudson (Class 2A), Crestwood and Dike-New Hartford (Class 3A) and Cedar Falls and Waterloo West (Class 5A).

The latest poll was released by the IGHSAU Thursday afternoon (Dec. 20, 2018).
