Corvette Owner Takes It For One Last Spin After Sale, Crashes It
The owner of a 2020 Corvette Stingray was looking to sell his car, and when he found a buyer, he hated to see it go. He decided take it out for one last hurrah, but little did he know it'd be the owner's last time driving the car, as well as the car's last time driving.
The car was similar to this one:
A witness, named Spencer Everette, told WITN the driver pulled onto Highway 11 in Greenville, NC and "gunned it."
It was too much power for him to handle, which caused him to run it into a ditch, where it rolled.

The driver told the news network he was selling the car the next day, but probably not now. He's been fined for reckless driving.
2020 Corvette Stingrays go for about $58,000, for the base model.
