Arrest Made in Afternoon Domestic Issue in Oelwein

A local man has been arrested following a Thursday (Jan. 12) incident.
Oelwein Police were called out at about 4:30pm Thursday on the report of a domestic disturbance in the 10 block of North Frederick.

Following an investigation, 20 year old Ryan Nolan of Oelwein was taken into custody and charged with Domestic Assault-Enhanced, which is a serious misdemeanor.
