Manchester Police have filed charges against three area people, in connection with some summer break-in's at local businesses.
Between July 24th and August 3rd, authorities investigated burglaries at Unlimited Services, located on East Main Street in Manchester; The Fish Shack, on East Delaware Street; and The Super Wash car wash, located on West Main in Manchester.

An investigation determined that 27 year old Christopher White of Fredericksburg and 48 year old Charles Montes of Elkader, were responsible for the break-in's at Unlimited Services and The Fish Shack; and Montes and 44 year old Lucinda Manternach of Cedar Rapids attempted to burglarize the Super Wash.

Montes is being charged with 2 counts of Burglary 3rd degree and Attempted Burglary 3rd degree; White is charged with 2 counts of burglary 3rd degree; and Manternach is charged with Attempted Burglary 3rd degree.
