High winds are being blamed for pushing over a semi in Bremer County.
It happened just before 11pm Tuesday (May 16) on Highway 218, just west of Waverly.
According to the Bremer County Sheriff, strong winds blew the semi-trailer onto it's side in the 2100 block of Highway 218.
The driver, who was not identified, was not injured; but his rig had between $30,000 and $40,000 in damages.
The semi was righted by Del's Auto Repair of Readlyn.
