A new study out of James Cook University in Australia found there are three exercises men can do that will improve their performance in bed.

Now...these aren't things like "bench press.", but they do help with doing some "push-ups" later. (wink wink, nudge, nudge) They're exercises that help make your pelvic floor stronger, which can help your performance during sex and lower your risk of E.D. or anything happening, shall we say too prematurely.

And the exercises are . . .

1. Fake flatulence fighting. Tighten up the muscles in your buttocks like you're trying to stop gas from coming out. Hold for 10 seconds, relax, and repeat 10 times. (I do this on a daily basis anyway, so this should be an easy one!)

2. Testes retraction. Use your muscles to try to draw your testes up toward your body. Hold for 10 seconds, relax, and repeat 10 times. (If you can do this, and actually tell that you're doing it...well, you're a better man me!)

3. Pee stoppage. Try to stop your flow mid-stream while you're peeing. (and practice your "aim" while you're at it...and all the ladies said "hallelujuh")

That all sounds kind of ridiculous, but the researchers found it should probably help more than three out of four men improve their performance and reduce their sexual issues.

So, remember, as an old coach of mine once said, "practice how you play"...that way, you can continue to be a "playa"...
