People in our state have some unique encounters on the road, and on occasion, they end up going viral. If there is any kind of farm animal in your videos, it's for sure going viral. When in Iowa, am I right?
Tik Tok user @elleroo22 drives the same route almost every day in the city of Des Moines. She sees the same man hanging out in the very same spot right along the highway every single day. This man, who goes by Milleo, spends some time dancing in crowded Des Moines traffic (don't try this at home, kids).
It all started with a young woman going to visit her friend in Coralville. They started hearing weird noises late one night, and they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. After hearing it several times, they realized it was someone knocking at the door. Each time this person knocked they would go and open the door to see who it was.
This account is called Zooming In Iowa Houses and it's my new obsession. Who hasn't zoomed in on Google Maps to try and find their house or even their friends' houses? There are currently about 85 videos of this person zooming in on random Iowa homes.
Over the weekend we were visited by a local celebrity. After what felt like a very long wait, the viral Tik Tok star Gucci the cow finally came to Waterloo.
The number of cow puns that I'll drop will be udder-ly ridiculous... I swear that will be the last one that I use. We can't be milking this too much, can we? Okay...now we're officially done with that.
A local celebrity paid the city of Waterloo a visit over the weekend.
