Kevin Cronin will keep on loving fans as a solo artist, touring with the same musicians as the band's current lineup.

"This was a full year of soul searching," co-founder Neal Doughty tells UCR during a new interview with the band's Bruce Hall.

"I'm not ready to say farewell," he tells UCR.

Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder is also part of the outing.

Band will cease touring at the end of the year, but the singer isn't done.

He's set to return for a handful of previously scheduled shows after the group suddenly imploded.

Two longtime members were sidelined with different ailments before their sudden retirement.

Frontman Kevin Cronin had become the last remaining touring member from their classic era.

He was replaced on tour after undergoing back surgery in November.

All 11 of their new concert stops are in November.
